1. Subscription overview
Trekvio offers the following paid plans. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

2. Auto-renewal
All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current standard price for that plan, using the payment method on file. Subscriptions continue to renew until you cancel them.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time:
- Sign in to your Trekvio account.
- Open Account settings, Subscription.
- Select Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. If you subscribed through a third-party app store, you may need to cancel directly through that store's subscription settings.
4. Trial conversion
The Try It Out plan starts at $4.99 for the first 7 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the standard Monthly plan at $28.80 per month and renew every month until cancelled.
5. Refund eligibility
Initial purchases
EU and UK consumers may request a refund within 14 days of their first purchase, provided the digital service has not been actively used during that period. This is in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK consumer protection law. By starting to use Pro features (for example, downloading offline maps or recording navigation), you may lose the statutory right of withdrawal.
Subsequent renewals
Renewals of an existing subscription are generally non-refundable. We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where there are exceptional circumstances, such as a technical issue that prevented use of the Service.
Trial conversions
If your trial converted to a paid subscription and you contact us promptly after the first charge without having actively used Pro features, we will normally issue a refund as a goodwill gesture, at our discretion.
6. How to request a refund
Send an email to support@trekvio.app with the following details:
- The email address associated with your Trekvio account.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at support@trekvio.app. We aim to resolve billing issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and could lead to account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
